Last updated Jun 2, 2024

Get the most out of Rolle’s stress-free marketplace and buy that pre-loved device you’ve been wanting, with zero hassles. Split the cost over 3 interest-free payments without any additional charge. This way, you can have the used device you want now and transfer your payments for later if you need more time. When your next payment is approaching, we will send you a friendly reminder so you never miss a payment.

Isn’t it awesome how Rolle lets you get the pre-loved device you’ve been eyeing, without any worries?

How it works

The first payment is charged when the merchant confirms your order (usually the shipping date) or upon order placement, and the next 2 payments all of the same amount are then automatically charged after 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the initial payment. We will tell you the due dates via electronic communication and they are viewable in the Klarna application.

Pay Later in 3 instalments is an interest-free instalment product that offers you to split the payment related to the purchase of a merchant’s goods or services into three payments to Klarna.

The exact number of payments and amounts will be disclosed to you at checkout.

A new automated approval decision, and the amount of each instalment, is made each time you pay with Klarna. Eligibility is based on factors such as your payment history with Klarna, outstanding balance, the total amount in your shopping cart, and our ability to identify you.

In case of rejection, keep in mind that each purchase attempt generates a new automated approval decision so one rejection does not mean that future purchases will always be declined. Good to know: Rolle’s customer support or Klarna’s customer service agents do not have additional information about the automated decline reason and are not able to change or influence the decision.

Use your own valid debit or credit card to pay (no prepaid cards). You must be 18 years old, a Greek resident, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

How to Boost Your Buying Power for Equal Instalments?

Your Purchase Power is an estimated amount based on factors such as your payment history with Klarna and your outstanding balance. The amount is not a guarantee and may change based on the store and payment option you choose. A good payment history, which includes always paying on time and making payments towards your outstanding purchases, can increase your purchasing power over time. Our Customer Support cannot accept requests for changes in the way instalments are calculated.

My purchase was denied. Why do I still see a transaction to Klarna on my card?

The transaction on your payment card is an authorisation hold, which is released within 24 hours if the Pay in 3 instalments is declined.

Good to know: When the hold is released your account balance will update automatically. Depending on your financial institution, it might take between 1 to 7 business days for this to reflect on your account balance.

Terms and Conditions

The following Terms apply between Klarna Bank AB (publ) (“Klarna”, “we” or “us”) and you who have made a purchase and want a smooth payment experience. If you choose this payment option you agree to these Terms.

Pay Later in 3 instalments is an interest-free instalment product that offers you to split the payment related to the purchase of a merchant’s goods or services into three payments to Klarna. The exact number of payments and amounts will be disclosed to you at checkout. The services offered hereunder do not constitute payment services as defined in article 4 par. 3 of Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2).

By choosing the Pay later in 3 installments option, you acknowledge that all payments shall be made to Klarna, following the payment information made available to you. Klarna shall have all rights to enforce any and all rights in such a receivable directly against you.

There are no interest charges or fees with Pay later in 3 instalments when you follow your automatic payment schedule. Any missed instalments will be rolled over to the next scheduled due date. If you cancel your purchase, we will automatically waive the amount you owe us. If you return your goods, and upon confirmation by the merchant of the return, we will refund back to you the amount you paid to us and waive the remaining amount you owe us.

If you have questions about the quality or shipping of your order, please contact the merchant where you made the purchase.

The issuer of your card may charge interest or fees under your agreement with them. If you have any questions about those charges, contact your card issuer.

You can use Pay later in 3 instalments to make purchases up to a maximum of 1,500 EUR, which means that we will not grant you credit for any purchases made by using the services contemplated hereunder that exceed (in total) the amount of 1,000 EUR (calculated as the total amount due to us by you). The purchase limit per single transaction is 1,000 EUR.

You give us the authority to take the two remaining payments from your card on the due dates without any further notice to you. In the event the merchant does not charge for your entire order at the same time, we may create a different Pay later in 3 instalments order for each merchant charge. Each of these order parts will have its own due date depending on when the merchant confirms that part of your order. This situation may be common where a merchant does not ship all the items from your order at the same time.

Withdrawal right

By accepting these Terms, you expressly agree that this contract is executed immediately. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may withdraw from the contract without the need to state a motive and without any possible claim for compensation or penalty within 14 calendar days following the acceptance of these Terms. In such a case, you will only be required to pay for the service actually provided in accordance with these Terms as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days following the date when you send the withdrawal notification unless you have not made use of the service at all whereby you will not be required to pay anything. In any case, if you wish to withdraw from this contract, you shall notify Klarna via e-mail customer@klarna.gr.

What else do I need to know?

Accepted cards and storing card details: The card used must be valid and issued to you. It is entirely at our discretion whether you can pay with this payment option. We may limit the types of cards we accept at our discretion. If a type of card is not accepted, you will be notified before the purchase is completed. Most valid credit and debit cards that are not scheduled to expire in the near future are accepted. We do not accept prepaid cards. If we accept a card, we will authorize the card for the first payment at point of purchase. This amount will not be charged until the merchant confirms the order, but your card issuer may restrict your access to the authorized amount while pending.

If your card is cancelled, you will immediately pay us all the remaining payments when we ask you to do so. If your card details change between your initial purchase and a final payment, you agree to notify Klarna of your updated card information. Klarna will provide you an online method to provide these updates. If you fail to provide updated information, you authorize Klarna to obtain the updated details from your card issuer, if available.

You authorize us to store your card details on our systems. We will use this information to authorize future payments under these Terms. Unless you opt-out, we may also use this information to conveniently prefill your card details for future purchases. You may manage your cards and details online. In the event Klarna obtains updated card information from your card issuer, you agree that we may store this updated information on our system unless you wish to opt-out.

Late payment: If we are unable to charge your selected payment method for the amount due on your due date, we will send you a notification and provide you a courtesy two to seven business day slack period, so that you can update your payment method or ensure enough funds are available on your selected card. If you update your card details, we may attempt to collect the late payment immediately. Otherwise, we will attempt to charge your original card again after the two to seven-day period. It is important that you ensure enough funds are available to complete your payment on the due dates. If we are not able to take the second instalment during the slack period, we will roll over the unpaid amount to the next and final instalment, including a late fee for the missed payment.

You authorize us to attempt to collect a failed payment at any point after 2 days, using any payment method we have on file for you.

If you fail to make a payment by the Due Date you will be in default, and in addition to other rights we have, we may charge you a late fee amounting to the following; i) one (1) EUR per instalment if the total order value is between 70-119.99 EUR, ii) one point five (1.5) EUR per instalment if your order value is between 120-199.990 EUR, iii)  two point five (2.5) EUR per instalment if your order value is between 200-299.99 EUR; iv) three point five (3.5) EUR if your total order value equals 300 EUR or above, or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law if lower. If you fail to make your payments you may be unable to use the service in the future. We may continue to attempt to collect overdue and currently due payments on subsequent due dates. If we are unable to take the outstanding amount on the third instalment we may invoice you the remaining amount for immediate payment or follow our debt collection procedures where you will have to pay all reasonable costs incurred by Klarna and/or the debt collection agency.

Credit report access, identity check, and reporting: Klarna will verify your identity and any other information required by the applicable law when you apply to utilize this payment option. Identity verification is done in order to comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements and to prevent fraud. You will have to provide Klarna with the necessary information and documentation requested to verify your identity. We may also verify the information you have provided against a third-party database.

You hereby acknowledge that we may carry out a credit search on you at Tiresias SA or other credit reference agency and carry out a credit assessment in line with the responsible lending requirements. This search may affect your credit score and your chances of obtaining credit in the future. We will inform you if you cannot have access to this Pay Later in 3 instalments based on the result of such database search. We may also validate your card and request authorisation from your card issuer. In this case, there will be no entry shown on your credit file for these payments. You also hereby acknowledge that we may send your personal data including late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your purchase to  Tiresias SA or other credit reference agency that may be reflected in your credit report which could impact your credit score.

Early repayment and returns: You can pay any remaining payments at any time and we will not charge you anything for doing so. If you cancel your purchase for which the credit has been granted or otherwise exercise your right of withdrawal from the purchase agreement entered into with the merchant (in distance or off-premises) for the purchase of goods, these Terms will be automatically terminated without any costs or charges and we will cancel any remaining payments and pay back to your card any amounts we have taken. Any part returns or refunds credited to your purchase will reduce your outstanding balance, but do not count as payments. You will need to continue to make your previously disclosed payments at scheduled due dates until your balance is paid in full. If you have a credit balance you authorize us to credit the balance back to your card, or any other card we have on file for you.

Assignment: We may assign or novate to any person or entity or otherwise deal in any manner with any of our rights, remedies, powers, duties, credits and ancillary entitlements or interests under these Terms and you consent to us assigning or novating our contractual position in this agreement.

Default: You will be in default if you: (a) fail to make any payment by the due date after any applicable slack period(s); (b) become the subject of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings; (c) supply false, misleading, or incorrect information to us; or (d) violate or are unwilling to comply with any provision in the payment options terms or the applicable law. If you are in default Klarna may: (a) charge the outstanding balance on your Pay later in 3 instalments purchase by using any card you have provided or by a separate invoice; (b) employ a debt collection agency to receive payment and you will have to pay all reasonable costs (including attorney’s fees) incurred by Klarna and/or the debt collection agency, and (c) report default information to Tiresias S.A. or other credit reporting agencies in accordance with the legal or contractual obligations to which Klarna is subject.
